UPC invite

United Cerebral Palsy of Central Arizona (UCP) is proud to announce the 2014 Champions in Life Night “Fashion without Limits” Gala on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. Champions in Life Night was established in 2010 by UCP to recognize the ongoing commitment and unwavering support of Circle K, the 2014 UCP Champion Sponsor.

This year’s “Fashion without Limits” theme is an opportunity for the children and young adults of the UCP to be celebrated and allow for participation in new experiences. Kathleen Tinkler of Mrs. Tinkler’s Evening Wear along with the Art Institute of Phoenix, will be showcasing clothing specifically designed for the children and young adults of the UCP.

In recognition of Ms. Purper’s dedicated volunteer service to UCP

UCP impacts children and families every day and offers the opportunity to be a champion and become a sponsor of a very special evening. All funds raised at the Champions in Life Night Gala will benefit UCP, which serves approximately 7,000 children and adults with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, and developmental delays, through thoughtful and comprehensive services designed to enable living "life without limits."

Along with Circle K as the Champion Sponsor additional honorees of the 2015 gala include President of Molina Fine Jewelers Alfredo Molina for the Compassion Award, Miss Iowa 2008 and First Runner up for Miss USA 2008 Abbey Curran for the Laura Dozer Award, Vice President of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Sue Glawe for the Leadership Award, and Maria Purper for the Volunteer Award.
