Sunni is a miniature poodle mix that is available for adoption by Lucky Dog Rescue.
Sunni (short for Sunshine) became a lucky dog after a good Samaritan rescued her off the streets. After searching for a week to locate her previous owner, Lucky Dog Rescue stepped in to find her forever home where she would never have to worry about being afraid, alone and having to fend for herself ever again. She is currently in a foster home with three other large dogs and doing very well. She mastered the doggie door the first day in her foster home and is housetrained with the dog door. She walks well on a leash and loves her daily walks with her foster sisters and brother. Most of all, she just like being close to her foster mom - wherever she goes, Sunni prefers to be.
She is getting better with riding in the car - it takes her a few minutes to settle down but with a little encouragement---she will lay in her foster mom's lap.
She is not a barker unless she is unsure of a situation or person. After she knows she is safe or get to the know a person then she is fine.
