The spotlight shined brightly on Scottsdale-based Rosewood Homes at the 32nd Annual Phoenix Metro MAME (Major Achievement in Merchandising Excellence) Awards held Saturday, April 29. Rosewood Homes’ exceptional work earned recognition in multiple categories including product design, interior design, sales office design and several additional categories culminating with Rosewood being recognized as the “Small Volume Builder of the Year.”

“We are extremely honored to receive this recognition from our peers,” says David M. Kitnick Founder and President of Rosewood Homes. “This reinforces our commitment to excellence across everything that we do. We are thankful to all our co-workers, trade partners and consultants for their continued dedication, hard work and creativity.”

Kitnick and his team have built some of Arizona’s nicest new homes and neighborhoods for more than 25 years including being honored with dozens of local, regional and national awards including the homebuilding industry’s prestigious “Grand Award” as “Builder of the Year” as well as a three-time recipient of the “Small Volume Builder of the Year” Award. Rosewood was also the recipient of the Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona’s (HBACA) first ever “Rising Star of the Year” Award created to “recognize innovators in its class that exhibit key ingredients of insight, inspiration and innovation. The recipient of this award symbolizes a person or product that inspires our industry to change and become better at what we do.”
