“We’ve already collected several hundred backpacks filled to the brim with school supplies, and with a little over a week left we need more help to exceed our goal of 500 backpacks,” says Jordan Ruemler, partner for Pearl MedSpa. “We are committed to giving these kids the essential tools they need to start the school year on the right foot,” she said.

The requested list of school supplies to be included in each backpack includes the following items: three-dozen No. 2 pencils, Pearl Pink brand erasers, a glue stick, facial tissue, a notebook and a folder. The backpacks will be distributed to students in early August in several low-income districts across the Phoenix-metro area.
