Last month, North Scottsdale marked the grand opening of Rosewood at Sierra Boulders, from award-winning builder Rosewood Homes. Rosewood at Sierra Boulders is a unique and limited offering of 15 custom-quality homes set behind a gated entry on generous acre lots. The single-story estates, ranging from 4,100 to 5,050 livable square feet, provide authentic architectural detailing, luxurious standard features and spectacular views. Each three- to five-bedroom residence is appointed with 12-foot beamed ceilings, spa-like master baths, gourmet kitchens, spacious courtyards and disappearing retractable walls of glass for seamless indoor/outdoor living. Environmentally-conscious homeowners will appreciate that these Spanish Colonial, Mediterranean and Tuscan homes are 40 percent more energy efficient than current building code requirements thereby saving homeowners thousands of dollars each year.

“We are proud of this new addition to North Scottsdale,” says David M. Kitnick, a second-generation contractor and founder of Rosewood Homes. “Our new estate series at Sierra Boulders represent the finest in new home construction and the culmination of decades of effort.” “Each home has been passionately designed and carefully crafted to enhance the surroundings and provide life-long memories.”
