Continuing its endeavor to bring the Valley the best live entertainment, Talking Stick Resort welcomes legendary, Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, Gregg Allman on Jan. 8. For one night only and in the most intimate of settings, the Southern rocker will perform fan favorites like “I’m No Angel” and “Midnight Rider” as well as songs from his most recent album, "Low Country Blues."
Allman began his career more than 40 years ago as the founding member of The Allman Brothers Band. Since going solo in 1973, Allman has released seven critically acclaimed studio albums and collaborated with the likes of BB King, Buddy Guy, Magic Sam and many more blues pioneers. Allman’s distinctive voice has even placed him among Rolling Stone magazine’s “100 Greatest Singers of All Time.” Allman’s captivating stage performance has helped him remain a legendary figure in the rock and blues world, and fans are sure to be entertained by his unconventional fusion of rock, country, blues and jazz when he performs at Talking Stick Resort this January.
