Dishin’ Out the Best from Arizona to Iowa…Back By Popular Demand…More than 50 Food Trucks Expected

Salt River Fields is at it again with Street Eats Food Truck Festival, this time adding a second day to the venue’s record-breaking event in 2012.  Jan. 12-13, 11am-6pm, crowds are expected to show up hungry as gates open to the more than 50 food trucks anticipated to dish out their very best offerings, restaurant-style!

“Food Trucks from here all the way to Iowa have been calling us to grab a spot in Street Eats! We are confident that there will be 50 food trucks to satisfy our guests,” said Aaron Studebaker, director of sales and marketing, Salt River Fields. “We always want to remind everyone that food truck food isn’t fast food.  Part of the food truck culture is the wait itself to eat good food.  It’s all worth it for die hard food truck fans.”

Featuring TV Food Stars Adam Richman & Geoffrey Zakarian. Guests enjoy a wide array of good food and also can see special guests, The Food Network’s Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian on Sat., Jan. 12; and Man vs. Food’s Adam Richman of The Travel Channel on Sun.
