THE PARTY…Come celebrate the season of good cheer at a fabulous festive gathering of good friends, delicious food, great music by DJ MOS-JEF, and Dancing at a spacious venue with plenty of free self-parking. Wear your holiday attire or your casual clothes from work. This event is open to the public and is free of charge to attend.

THE CHARITY…This year we’ll be benefiting St. Vincent de Paul and asking that each person attending this event bring an unwrapped toy for a boy or girl. St. Vincent de Paul operates five dining rooms in the Valley. Together, they serve more than 3,000 meals a day. The toys collected from the drive will go to kids in the family dining room in downtown Phoenix. In addition to providing nourishing hot meals for families, the family dining room also has volunteer-led enrichment programs like arts and crafts, science projects and tutoring five nights a week. The meals are served at the table by volunteers so that families can enjoy time together and catch up with each other.

“Many of the families that we serve don’t have quite enough to make ends meet. They don’t have enough to put food on the table every night, let alone have enough to buy Christmas presents for their kids. The Christmas party is a great way to share and enjoy the holiday spirit with our families,” said Jerry Castro, SVdP’s dining room manager.

The Phoenix Diocesan Council has been assisting central and northern Arizona families since 1946.
