Description
Relax, cook, drink wine, and celebrate life during Amerind’s overnight wine pairing and al fresco cooking class. You will learn to prepare exquisite meals on a grill, sample local wines from Golden Rule Vineyards chosen to compliment your feast, all while taking in the gracious surroundings of the Fulton House courtyard. Your culinary adventure will include grilled pizza with burrata cheese, skirt steak with rosemary and red wine sauce, and eggs grilled in a Portobello mushroom.
