Description

Are you thinking of sending your child to a sleepaway camp for the first time this summer? If you are, Scottsdale Country Day School will host a wonderful, free event that both parents and children are invited to attend.

On Tuesday, March 14, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. the Director of Friendly Pines Camp in Prescott, Kevin Nissen, will offer a very informative and helpful presentation and discuss all the emotional and physical benefits that children experience when they attend a  summer sleepaway camp. All of your questions about sleepaway camp will be answered. Great gifts and door prizes will be given! Advanced registration is required as space is limited.

Friendly Pines Camp is available for children ages 6 through 13 and offers a wide range of traditional camp activities: sports, horseback riding, waterskiing, rock climbing, performing arts, fine arts, pets, hiking, canoe, kayaking, and more. There are 1-week, 2-week, 4-week, and 6-week camp sessions available. There is a special discount for siblings. Camp will run from June 11 - July 22. This nationally-renowned camp will celebrate its 77th summer this year.

Scottsdale Country Day School is located at 10460 N. 56th Street, Scottsdale. For more information about Friendly Pines Camp, and to register for this event, call 928.445.2128 and visit www.friendlypines.com.
