Events: Arizona - Phoenix - Scottsdale

Scottsdale author Stephanie Elliot will be having an event at the Changing Hands in Phoenix to celebrate the launch of her debut young adult novel, SAD PERFECT. The event will take place on Saturday, March 4 at 4 p.m. 

This novel, praised by School Library Journal as a “well-written page-turner,” is a deeply personal story for Elliot, as it’s inspired by her teenage daughter’s struggle with Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). Elliot and her daughter hope that the novel — which is about a 16-year-old girl with ARFID — will help bring awareness to the lesser-known eating disorder.
