RA Sushi will be hosting an annual fundraiser Sunday, May 25 - Saturday, May 31 called Nicky's Week. The fundraiser benefits St. Jude Children's Hospital, and was developed in memory of former St. Jude patient and Scottsdale resident Nicholas "Nicky" Mailliard, who lost a long battle with brain cancer in February 2005. A nephew of one of RA's founders, Nicky held a special place in the hearts of RA associates.

RA customers across the country have helped raise more than $250,000 for the children's hospital since 2005, and our goal is to raise an additional $100,000 in 2008. RA will donate 100 percent of the proceeds from the sale of its signature tootsy maki, edamame, pork gyoza, FIJI Water, Red Bull, and other select beverages to benefit St. Jude.
