$1.3 Million Home Giveaway – It Could Be Yours For Only $100! How would you like to own a 6,300 square foot home, sitting on 20 plus acres that’s valued at $1.3 Million? All for the price of a $100 raffle ticket. It could happen if you are the grand prize winner in the Woodland Park, CO fundraiser sponsored by the Pikes Peak Rotary Club (PPRC). The grand prize winner will be announced at the final drawing on July 9, 2010.

The fundraiser will help five charities in great need of funding, says Dana Bincer, Event Marketing Director. PPRC is the first non-profit along the Front Range utilizing this fundraising technique. Habitat for Humanity of Teller County, TESSA, TCRAS, Prospect Homecare & Hospice will receive proceeds from the fundraiser.

Like any organization trying to brave the waters of a sluggish economy, non-profits are harder hit during tough times—which is one reason why PPRC set out to raise over $1,000,000 with this house raffle, says Mac McClung, President of the PPRC.

PPRC holds early cash drawings every two weeks. Winner are announced in the Woodland Park Public Library, lower level, 218 Midland Ave, WP, CO. Four lucky winners will split $10,000 in cash prizes at the first drawing. Tickets must be purchased before Midnight, MST, Wed., Feb 24, 2010 to be eligible for the first and every subsequent drawing.

The third Early Drawing where $10,000 in cash will be awarded is scheduled for March 26, 2010 and the fouth Early Drawing will take place April 9, at the same time and location.
