New Homesites at Bahía de los Sueños

An exclusive retreat on the shores of the Sea of Cortez, Bahía de
los Sueños residential resort is emerging as Mexico’s hidden opportunity for luxury living in one of
Baja California Sur’s most beautiful, natural settings. Surrounded by authentic fishing villages, “The
Bay of Dreams” is characterized by secret coves and magnificent desert sierras, all along a coastline as tranquil and secluded as when Spanish settlers landed here in 1535.

Just 35 miles southeast of La Paz and 100 miles northeast of Cabo San Lucas, Bahía de los Sueños
embraces an estimated 600 custom homesites and plans for 450 casita-style residences, a Tom Doak-designed 18-hole golf course, luxury spa and hotel, private airport, and boutique commercial centers.
Currently, more than 50 homesites have been purchased and at least a dozen homes have been built
or are under construction at the Bay. The golf course – centerpiece of the Bahía de los Sueños Golf &
Beach Club – is scheduled for completion in January 2010.
