Easter is around the corner and what better a place to celebrate this holiday than the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa, Arizona’s most historic and magical resort. Bring the kids, bring the whole family and enjoy a weekend away or just a festive Easter meal at one of the Biltmore restaurants.

Easter Champagne Brunch

The warm and gracious Frank Lloyd Wright Ballroom will be the setting for the most extravagant Easter Champagne Brunch, served 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Stations include Breakfast, Omelet & Frittata, Antipasti, Salad, Entrée, Seafood, Mac and All That Cheese, From the Bakery, Carving and Desert, plus the “Kid’s Korral” offering the gamut of favorite children’s foods. Prepared by Executive Chef Todd Sicolo, it’s $78 for adults, $38 for children 12 and under, infants free, plus tax and gratuity.

Each guest will receive a take-home present of an Easter cookie. Reservations required.

Wright’s at The Biltmore Easter Celebrations

Choose a gala Brunch or an Easter Dinner tasting menu in the Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired Art Deco ambiance of the resort’s signature restaurant.

Wright’s Easter Brunch

A gourmet Champagne Brunch, served 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., features a cornucopia of buffet and plated stations including Breakfast, Farm Fresh Eggs, Omelets & Frittatas, Carving Boards, Iced Seafood Bar, Entrees, Small Plates, Salads, Pastas and From the Bakery with an array of breads and desserts.

Adults are $78, children 12 and under $40, not including tax and gratuity. Infants are free. Reservations required.

Easter Dinner

Served 6:30 to 10:00 p.m., Chef de Cuisine Conor Favre is preparing a three-course tasting menu of Cucumber-Wrapped Local Greens with Black Mesa Ranch Goat Cheese and Sugared Walnuts, Colorado Lamb with Granny Smith Apple Salad and Roasted Shallot Reduction, and Lemon and White Chocolate Pound Cake – with a glass of Taittinger.

The menu is $75. Reservations required.

Frank & Albert’s Easter Celebrations

The Biltmore’s newly opened restaurant, featuring Arizona Comfort Foods and American Classics prepared with the freshest indigenous ingredients, is offering breakfast, lunch and dinner options on Easter:

Buffet Breakfast

7:00 to 11:00 a.m., is $19 for adults, $10 children under 12, free for infants;

Lunch & Dinner

Three-course, pre-fixe Easter menu for lunch (11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) or dinner (5:00 to 11:00 p.m.), $36 for adults, $19 children under 12, free for infants.

First course choices:

Sweet Corn Chowder or Baby Spinach Salad

Entrée:

Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Loin

Dessert:

Granny Smith Apple Pie

Easter Egg Hunt

The Easter Bunny will be at Squaw Peak Lawn to welcome your children to the resort’s annual Easter Egg Hunt, beginning at 9:30 a.m.

It will be conducted in three age groups: 3-5 years old, 6-8 and 9-12. Baskets will be provided. In addition to Easter eggs, there will be one golden egg for each age group and the child who finds it will receive a large basket full of candy.

The hunt is open only to the children of guests who are either staying or dining at the resort on Easter.
