Who doesn’t love a little Italian?

Demonstrating its commitment to high-quality dining at affordable prices, casual Italian eatery, Buca di Beppo has expanded its menu for the second time in six-months. The new menu items return classic Italian favorites to the Buca di Beppo menu, and continue the restaurant’s re-commitment to serving only the finest cuisine in a casual family-style atmosphere.
Additions to the menu include two dishes and two desserts:
Baked Rigatoni – rich meat sauce and spicy Italian sausage tossed with imported Italian rigatoni pasta and lots of mozzarella, topped with Parmesan and dollops of Ricotta cheese then baked to golden perfection.
Italian Sausage & Peppers – mild or spicy Italian sausage sautéed with green and red peppers and onions, served as an appetizer.
Chocolate Chip Cannoli – crispy shells stuffed with a sweet, cannoli cream filling mixed with chocolate chips and dusted with powdered sugar and served over a drizzle of a sinful chocolate Sambuca sauce.
Tri-Color Celebration Cake – available as a whole cake or by the slice, this new dessert stays true to Buca’s Italian roots with green, white and red layers and is perfect when celebrating a special occasion at Buca.
The new spicy meals and sweet desserts are culinary mixtures that are served in Buca di Beppo’s signature family style, with a Buca Small serving two-to-three people and a Buca Large serving four-to-six. Also, Marinara, creamy Alfredo and meaty Bolognese sauces are now made in-house from recipes that emphasize freshness and home-style flavors.
Recently acquired by Planet Hollywood International, Inc., with eighty-eight locations from Albany to Honolulu, Buca di Beppo restaurants embody the Italian traditions of food, friendship and hospitality. Dishes enjoyed for generations in villages throughout Italy inspire the menu, which features Northern and Southern Italian favorites.
