Celebrate Easter with pastels, eggs and Diamonds this year! With more than 70 AAA Four and Five Diamond properties scattered across the state, you have plenty of options to get a Diamond-worthy Easter brunch this weekend. In honor of the egg-cellent holiday, AAA Travel experts have pulled together a sampling of four egg-stravagant Easter feasts:

Fairmount Scottsdale Princess: Join AAA Five Diamond Fairmont Scottsdale Princess from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Easter Sunday for a brunch to remember. Brunch will be served in the Palomino Ballroom, and guests can enjoy selections from the resort’s four signature restaurants: Bourbon Steak, La Hacienda, Toro Latin Restaurant & Rum Bar and Ironwood American Kitchen. The cost is $95 for adults; $40 for kids ages 6-12; and free for kids under 5 with the purchase of an adult brunch. The Fairmount Scottsdale Princess also will feature BunnyPalooza, a new Easter playground for the whole family and the ability for resort guests to order in-room Easter basket delivery from the Easter bunny. Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North: The AAA Five Diamond resort’s annual Easter buffet will be served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Talavera, a AAA Four Diamond restaurant. A seafood and raw bar will feature shrimp cocktail, baked mussels, smoked salmon and oysters. Guests will be able to enjoy fruit and salad offerings including chilled spring pea-mint soup; white and green asparagus; assorted fresh fruit; and local organic baby greens. Guests can order a custom-made omelet filled with their choice of ham, chorizo, lump crab, mushrooms, cheddar cheese and more at the omelet station. A carving station will feature slow-roasted prime rib with natural jus and herb-roasted leg of lamb. Easter brunch costs $96 for adults and $45 for children ages 5-12. The Farm at South Mountain: The Farm at South Mountain, home to AAA Four Diamond Quiessence at The Farm, will have its annual Easter brunch from 8:30 to 11:45 a.m. Sunday at The Canopy in the Grove at The Farm. Brunch selections will include pecan French toast, scrambled eggs, strawberry salad, brown sugar glazed ham, and an assortment of sweet treats.  This is a beautiful setting for the family to enjoy delicious food while visiting the Easter bunny. Wright’s at the Biltmore: Celebrate an unforgettable Easter amid the historic architecture and colorful gardens of the Arizona Biltmore with a special menu at AAA Four Diamond Wright’s at the Biltmore from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Brunch will feature fresh seafood, aged cheeses, savory meats, house-made pastries, fresh fruit and more Easter Brunch costs $105 for adults and $39.95 for children of all ages.
