Top Dog
Zoe, Winner, AZFoothills.com’s Dog Days of Summer Contest
After being a stray and then spending time at Ruby Ranch Rescue and Sanctuary, Zoe’s loving owners adopted her in 2010. The 6-year- old is now a beloved therapy dog with Alliance of Therapy Dogs, thanks to her mild manner, inquisitive demeanor and desire to please. She is the first dog in the state to have earned her AKC Therapy Dog Distinguished Gold Medal and volunteers her time to bring comfort and smiles to those at the Hospice of the Valley, HonorHealth, Pets on Wheels of Scottsdale, Inc., and more. Zoe also enjoys her time with Tail Wagging Tutor as she listens to preschoolers who are just learning to read.
