MOST INFLUENTIAL IN VALLEY BUSINESS AND MOST INFLUENTIAL MAN IN THE VALLEY: Harrison Rogers

Though not even 30 years of age, Harrison Rogers is a self-made millionaire and owner of multiple local businesses (Lexington LLC, an innovative educational institution that caters to Arizona’s special needs community; HYBRYD, a technology-based startup company that focuses on both home and office automation services; and LCI Realty, a real estate brokerage that focuses on commercial property management and investments). In fact, Rogers has already been a businessman—which he says takes “leadership, courage, reliability, trustworthiness and ambition”—for a decade, establishing a carpet-cleaning business at the age of 17. “I am passionate about sharing my ideas, successes and shortcomings with others in hopes that I can give them the confi dence and guidance they need to far exceed their goals. At the end of the day, I hope my inspiration is my influence.” Photo by Kayla Fisher
