MOST INFLUENTIAL IN VALLEY EDUCATION: Brent M. Hodges
Superintendent at Scottsdale Christian Academy (SCA) Brent M. Hodges knows the difference that an education at SCA can have in a child’s life—he is a former student himself. Today, he oversees the overall operations of the school, making sure he has interactions each day with the students and teachers. The most rewarding part of his career? “Hands down, it is watching young lives be transformed. I am in the educational arena because of my love for children combined with my passion for education and watching young lives grow into themselves for a greater calling is always rewarding.” Even outside of SCA, he is making a difference in the lives of local youth as he serves on the Leaders of Distinction Advisory Board for MASK (Mothers Awareness on School-Aged Kids) and on the Strategic Educational Alliance Advisory Board with Grand Canyon University. He has also served on boards for Arizona Council for American Private Education and the New Song Center for Grieving Children. @Brent__Hodges. Photo by Kayla Fisher.
