Fall is here and with the new season comes plenty of make-up products and trends. Saying good-bye to those summer palettes can be hard, but you’ll find it easy to move on when you hear what is coming next in the world of beauty. By the time you’re done reading this, you will know what to expect this season and how to perfect the look with some amazing products and helpful hints. We asked Gloria Banuelos, store manager and make up artist for Cosbar at Kierland Commons, to share her extensive beauty knowledge so we can all be ready for the season.

 

Lips

This season, the only accessory you will need are red lips. They’re truly a timeless look and can brighten any outfit for any special occasion. If you’re looking for a rich and bold lip then look no further than Bobbi Brown’s Luxe Lipstick in Red Velvet. Eyes

This fall get ready to have a certain “twinkle” in your eye. Metallic and shimmery eye shadows are back and ready to shine. Black Liner

Black liner will be your best friend this fall so make sure to stock up on it. Whether you smudge it, wing it, or just plain and simple use it, it will be a huge part of your fall make-up regimen. Laura Mercier has a Longwear Eye Crème Pencil that is so easy to use. It’s perfect for smudging for a smoky eye look and also amazing at staying perfectly when you need to be more precise. 

Hint: When perfecting a smoky eye, make sure to get really close to the bottom lash line with the pencil. For a finishing touch, add a light amount of eye shadow.  Focus should remain on the eyelid and not on the bottom. This technique will take years off of you and keep you looking youthful and fresh.

 

 

 Mascara
