Scottsdale residents fell in love with this blow-dry bar at the Scottsdale Quarter location so much so that a new location has blown into town. The second Arizona location, at 32^nd Street and Camelback Road in Phoenix,opened its doors to freshen up some floppy 'dos on Oct. 26.
