The ultimate month for tequila intake is upon us and Blanco is introducing the Prickly Pear Margarita as it’s featured margarita. The refreshing cocktail will be offered for $10 all month long. Make sure to stop in on Cinco de Mayo for happy hour priced drinks from 11-6 p.m. and happy hour priced food from 3-6 p.m. Below is the recipe for the Prickly Pear so you can celebrate Cinco de Mayo all year long.
Prickly Pear Margarita
- 3 oz. Prickly Pear Sour (recipe below)
- 2 oz. Jose Cuervo Silver
- .25 oz. St. Germain
Directions: Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into glass. Garnish with lemon wheel.
Prickly Pear Sour
- 10 oz. Lime Juice
- 4 oz. Pear Puree
- 4 oz. Desert Pear Monin
- 6 oz. Lemon Juice
- 8 oz. Simple Syrup
Directions: Mix all ingredients together.
