ChandlerArtWalkChandler has a great downtown, featuring wonderful local shops, restaurants and public art that they have been busy beefing up the last few years!

Our first stop on the list is to the Vision Gallery, which showcases a variety rotating exhibitions along with maintaining a rooster of artists on hand throughout the year. Currently featuring “Self-Made: 15 years of eye lounge” on view from January 24th until March 8th with the opening reception on January 30 from 7-10pm. “Self-Made: 15 years of eye lounge”, a retrospective of artworks produced by eye lounge members past and present aiming to push the boundaries of contemporary art. Next up is the Chandler Center for the Arts, which showcases a variety of performances also boasts a beautiful gallery featuring engaging exhibitions highlighting local artists and various mediums. Their current exhibition is “The Waterworks Artists - “Through the Eye of the Beholder”offers a collection of original paintings with each artist working in watercolor or acrylic on paper. The artists included in exhibition are Carol Bentley, Donna Eastman, Nancy L. Herbst, Diane Kent, Lois Meyer, Marilyn Schutzky, Laurie Sokiveta, Hazel Stone and Jane Underhill. This exhibition will be on view from January 30th until March 7th with the opening reception on January 31st from 2-4pm. Lastly don’t miss the monthly Chandler Art Walk, which takes place on the Third Friday of each month in downtown Chandler in the historic square from 6:00 until 10:00pm. The Chandler Art Walk proudly features an excellent group of 50 local artists working in a variety of fine art and crafts. Each month the event featuring art, music, as well as a wonderful opportunity to explore the local business that downtown Chandler has to offer as well as public art on display throughout the downtown area.
