It's not here yet, but come June BLT Prime will be front and center at the new and improved Camelback Inn. BLT Steak is the brainchild of famed Chef Laurent Tourendel, who owns numerous BLT restaurants in New York City, Los Angeles and Washington. The food is fabulous and the atmosphere is Big Apple chic.
