Voted one of the top five zoos in the country for Kids, the Phoenix Zoo houses over 1,200 animals, representing over 200 species. The whole family can find adventure throughout this 125-acre animal oasis with approximately 2.5 miles of walking trails. Amaze the kids with all the surprising creatures, including the African lion, Asian elephant, the cheetah, a Bornean orangutan and many more. They can also take part in other fun activities like riding the Endangered Species Carousel or the Safari Train.
