Don McLean’s American Pie Light and Sound SpectacularFremont Street Experience in Downtown Las Vegas hosted an American Pie 4th of July on July 3-5 to celebrate the holiday weekend. On Thursday, July 3, they debuted the world premiere of their Viva Vision light and sound spectacular, Don McLean’s American Pie. In addition to the American Pie premiere, the Viva Vision also showed an illuminated fireworks display. Participating downtown hotels/casinos held a barbeque that spanned the 4-block long Fremont Street Experience offering 4th of July favorites like hot dogs, hamburgers, specialty desserts, cocktails and more. Additional entertainment included live bands. This event was open to the public and all were invited to attend. |
