A NEW FRENCH-ASIAN-FUSION FINE-DINING RESTAURANT QUENCHES DINERS’ CULINARY CRAVINGS IN NORTH SCOTTSDALE.

Story by Elizabeth Smith / Photography by Jackie Mercandetti

If you’ve been following the Valley’s burgeoning dining scene lately, you’ve likely been following it south, as culinary comets have lit up Downtown Scottsdale and occasionally Phoenix. For North Scottsdalites wanting to do their fine dining closer to home, we have good news: The latest talk of the table is in your neighborhood, at el Pedregal, to be specific. That restaurant is Luc’s (pronounced luck’s), and it’s the brainchild of Cliff Skoglund and Robert Hall, who also own Spotted Donkey Cantina in the same complex—though Luc’s is decidedly more upscale.
