Though Christopher’s Fermier Brasserie & Paola’s Wine Bar is kaput, chef Christopher Gross and sommelier Paola Embry (thankfully) haven’t gone anywhere.

For a decade, chef Christopher Gross has been a staple of Biltmore Fashion Park with his French eatery, Christopher’s Fermier Brasserie & Paola’s Wine Bar. On the heels of the restaurant’s closing this summer came the opening of Christopher’s Restaurant & Crush Lounge, a chic new eatery located on the opposite side of the shopping plaza from the previous establishment.
