Who We Are:

Urban Design Associates, Ltd. is an architectural firm located in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Their principle architect, Lee Hutchinson, was named the Master of Southwest by Phoenix Home and Garden magazine.  The team at Urban Design Associates has received recognition yearly from the National Homebuilders Association.  The primary area Urban Design Associates targets is in the desert communities of North Scottsdale.

What We Do: 

Urban Design Associates prides themselves on quality and custom homes that add beauty to the desert.  Specializing in custom residential home design, the firm has received recognition for its Southwest syle of  designs.
